Bruins in Israel Learning Program

While Rabbi Aryeh and Sharona Kaplan (OU-JLIC at UCLA) have been creating programing for students from different universities who find themselves in LA, this week was the first program for LA students who are zooming from Israel!  Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan launched the Bruins in Israel Learning program, bringing together students who are now at Hebrew U, Neve Yerushalayim, Pardes, Aish HaTorah and joining the army.  With most engaged in intense daily Judaic studies in a diverse array of settings, the conversation that ensued was rich, evocative and illuminating.  Equally important was the sense of connecting and community that was nourished through this very unique experience!
